This long-standing Cabardès estate has always been a steadfast contributor to the appellation’s reputation. A family-owned property since the mid-19th century, Château Salitis covers 110 hectares within view of the walled city of Carcassonne, along the southern slopes of the Montagne Noire. It has been farmed organically since 2010 and produces powerful, clean, elegant wines that invariably show incredible freshness.
