Situated in the heart of the village of Sainte-Eulalie, the organically-farmed vineyards extend over 30 hectares. For over 25 years, experienced winegrower Gilles has been passionately farming his vines with a view to being able to savour their nectar one day. In 2017, that day came when his son Arnaud took over the estate and renovated its old winery. A lot of care is put into the winemaking process, producing a range of fresh, fruit-forward wines.
