In 2021, Bastien and Paola Perrenoud Quiroga settled on this 60-hectare estate, with vineyards, oak trees and garrigue. A 14-century former tenant farm belonging to the lords of Aragon, its very old vines are planted at elevations of over 300 metres on soils with high limestone content. As growers with a genuine sense of resilience, they do everything by hand and locally with minimum inputs. The estate is self-sufficient for its energy needs.
