Emmanuel Taillez is at the helm of a 17-hectare vineyard nestled amidst the foothills of the Montagne Noire. The estate harvests its grapes by hand and has been certified organic since 2010 and biodynamic since 2013. It offers outstanding views out over the Pyrenean mountain range.
