Domaine de Cabrol is a 120-hectare, family-run estate with garrigue, holm oak, pines, olive trees and vineyard blocks scattered among the unspoilt surroundings of the Montagne Noire. The vines grow on hillsides and natural clay-limestone terraces at 350 metres above sea level, overlooking the Aude valley. All the estate’s wines encapsulate these unique vineyard sites through their aromas, structure, vitality and freshness.
