Domaine Galy is nestled on a garrigue-clad plateau in the heart of Cabardès. Located in Moussoulens, it is a dozen kilometres north of the mediaeval walled city of Carcassonne. Family-run since 1907, the estate covers 80 hectares, 45 of them set aside for vine growing and 5 for producing truffles. Since 2016, the upcoming generation has introduced a new mindset to the property, which is now an independent winery with wine tourism activities, and Cabardès’ black diamond – truffles.
