Located in the village of Ventenac-Cabardès, the estate is farmed organically. The driving force behind each wine is to offer the purest, freshest expression of Cabardès fruit. The wines are made with no sulphites using biocontrol, wild ferments, more intense and better harnessed punching of the cap and maturation shows total respect for the integrity of the juice. We want people to rediscover wines that are mirrors to their terroir. We want to make differentiated, assertive wines.
