Ventenac Cabardès

The location for Château Deumié is Ventenac-Cabardès. The wine estate extends over nearly 68 unbroken hectares, 30 of them planted to vines and 1 hectare to truffle oaks. The soils are marl with oyster fossils and Ventenac lacustrine limestone and are home to a combination of Mediterranean and Atlantic grape varieties. The vineyards grow over moderate slopes, forming a slight hollow, mostly facing south.
